No, there are no extra fees. Once you set an appointment, you will receive a link either by email or text that will give you access to a confidential meeting.
Do I need to download a special app?
No. The link will give you direct access to your meeting.
What should I do to prepare for a Telehealth meeting?
Make sure you have a charged phone or computer, good internet service, quiet environment without interruptions, headphones (if preferred), a pen and pad and relax and be ready to allow the conversation to flow.
